We are often use the word Driver to describe Professional Auto Haulers we recognize they are in no way the same thing. Professional Auto Hauling is a very highly specialized, skilled occupation and not all drivers have the ability to develop into Professional Auto Haulers.
Our Professional Auto Haulers are the “working” force behind the success of the Monway Express team. Monway drivers are our frontline representatives embracing our Mission Statement – We strive to deliver our customers’ product safely, damage free, and on time!!! We expect our representatives to present themselves with a professional appearance, friendly attitude and exhibit the highest level of customer service. Monway Express knows what it takes to recruit, retain and reward professional auto haulers in order to maintain that very culture.
Wage
Drivers with Monway Express are among the elite and therefore will earn an elite wage. Our average experienced driver will gross $100.000+ per year. We pay on a weekly/biweekly basis by direct deposit.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must be 23 years of age
- Up to date Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Acceptable MVR/PSP report
- Must have car hauling experience
