Uka began Monway Express a decade ago with one truck and a trailer with her husband Eddie. A decade later, she has a fleet of 25 semi-trucks and 30 dedicated employees and a thriving auto transport business in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Uka says she started slowly with used trucks and lots of cold sales calls. Her passion and determination have paid off.

I really do have an amazing team and awesome trucks she said. Most of all, she asserts that she could not have made it this far without the support and motivation of her family. I believe that my drivers are the representation of my company she said.
